More than twelve years experience in the IT industry before founding Softcase Inc. Has worked in various industries like healthcare, insurance and consulted corporations like Oxford Health Plan, Cover-All Technologies, Oracle Corporation. Has participated in Oracle CDE2 beta program and has been designated as an CDE2 ambassador by Oracle Corporation. Has been involved in designing systems using Oracle CASE methodology and also implementing offshore projects.

Mr. Guru P. Ghosh

Mr. Rama Eleswarapu

Rama has over two decades of senior executive level experience in the IT industry in the United States. He has managed the planning, development and deployment of large and complex systems in insurance, medical claims and records processing, portals and e-commerce. Rama worked at AIG as an AVP in the Information Services Group at AIG in New York. He directed a multi-vendor team for nation-wide rollout of a complex workers compensation system and its integration with several other enterprise-wide systems at AIG domestic brokerage group. Rama was the CIO at the New York State Insurance Fund (NYSIF) and was responsible for the IT plans, annual budgets, negotiations with vendors for multi-million dollar contracts, and data exchange with broker community along with the regulatory and reporting agencies. He has worked at SIF for 18 years.

Mr. Rao Visweswara

Has over 24 years of experience in the IT industry and has worked in various technologies varying from mainframe systems to Client/Server to eCommerce.Masters Degree from the most prestigious institute in India (IIT, Bombay). Excellent experience in industries such as insurance, consumer products, higher education, manufacturing, banking, retail, travel, shipping and brokerage. Of experience in design, development and implementation of large machine critical applications. Experience with Internet Technologies, Client/Server applications and databases. 15 years of experience in Oracle CASE products. Led large development team in reengineering legacy Cobol systems to client/server systems using Oracle database and Oracle CASE tools. Conducted seminars on Oracle CASE tools (Designer/2000) and Oracle Method (formerly Case Method). Presented papers at Oracle conferences on using Oracle CASE tools in large machine critical projects. Excellent experience in industries such as insurance, consumer products, higher education, manufacturing, banking, travel, shipping and brokerage.

Mr. David H. Barrett

Mr. Barrett is manager has 16 years experience as a director and vice president at $30 million to $500 million IT companies serving the federal market place.He has managed multimillion dollar IT projects in LAN/WAN environments involving UNIX and NT operating environments for Internet-based applications.At the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). He directed a lead-based paint project that issued payments to several thousand HUD grantees for lead-based paint clearance examinations at the US Department of Transportation, Maritime Administration.He directed the migration of 125 mission critical applications from multiple platforms to a single database (Oracle) and operating environment, UNIX. For the Transportation Security Administration, he directed the design, development and implementation of a comprehensive, web-based secure database management system to support the online enrollment and automated collection, payment and reporting requirements of the project.When complete, the project will have the capacity to serve up to 100 airports and 40,000 TSA baggage and passenger screeners, nationwide.
